Our Mission
The Coordinators Office of Student Activities (COSA) provides the students with programs and social extracurricular activities, in support of the mission of Tiegerman High School. COSA assists and empowers students to achieve their highest potential in the field of leadership. COSA works closely with staff, students, and the community to create a stimulating and inclusive environment that is conducive to the growth and development of our students.
Our HistoryThe Coordinator’s Office of Student Activities (COSA) was formed in the fall of 2013 to oversee the implementation of all school social curricula events. Tiegerman staff volunteer on the COSA committee to facilitate the Big Brother Big Sister Mentorship program, Intramural, and the Student Leadership Council. All COSA programs are geared to strengthen and provide hands on experience of our student’s academic and vocational training. The Leadership Program allows our students to implement what they learned in their life skill, character building, and vocational classes. COSA allows our students to be involved and responsible for the implementation and facilitation of all school events.
